SD card information

I needed help getting the info from my SD card. Totally lost! I got on the Chat site and Zachary was extremely helpful! He gave me a couple of options to try and gave me an option for my doctor to use as well! He was friendly and helpful. We need more customer service people like him! Thanks Zachary!

I have been ordering from CPAP.com for years. They have reasonable prices. I like the extensive reviews of products they have on their website and if there are problems they communicate well. I just spoke with Heath at customer support about an issue and he was able to solve it quickly.

Today I made a call to cpap.com customer service to exchange or return the nasal pillow mask that I purchased, due to working with my sleep habits (open mouth). I was very happy with the cpap.com customer service representative, Heath, who was awesome to work with. He walked me through the process of ordering a different new mask (full mask) that would work for me and he stayed with me on the phone during the entire transaction, to make sure it all went through correctly. The entire phone call and return and exchange was wonderful. Thank you Heath.
