FedEx failed to deliver my package, yet marked it as delivered. The end user is not able to file a claim since it requires the shipper's 9 digit account number. I called CPAP.com and talked to Dasha. She was great. Got a replacement package ready to ship out and would take up my complaint with FedEx.

Dasha was so awesome from CPAP.com! I placed an order for a new Resmed F20 full facemask almost two weeks ago, but was having major issues with my sleep doctor to get the prescription sent to CPAP.com. After multiple rounds between CPAP.com and the doctor's office I felt as if things were getting worse with resolving my problem. Earlier today, Dasha had informed me that she would do her best to let me know what the status on the prescription would be before she left. I hung up the phone and resigned myself to thinking that I wasn't going to get a prescription. Well, let me tell you that Dasha was awesome! At 6pm on a Friday night I get a call and Dasha wanted me to know that she had just loaded my prescription and that I was good to and that my prescription was loaded in the system forever! How many companies have customer service agents like Dasha that keep their word and go out of their way to remember the customer? I am now a CPAP.com customer for life!

I've had a cpap machine for years. Love the machine, hated the supply company - who overcharged me and (IMHO - defrauded me and my insurance company). Found cpap.com searching for less expensive replacement parts, and now that it's time for me to upgrade my machine, called them today.
Blown away by how competent the woman who took my order was! Dasha carefully explained the differences between styles of machines, which led to discussion of differences between heated hoses and... Any question I came up with (one led to another) she answered clearly and competently. My total price is about a quarter of what I AND my insurance company were paying the supply company. I am happy (and a new permanent customer).

I've been a cpap.com customer for several years. Their supply prices are less than half what many medical supply companies charge.
Now I've been told I needed a new APAP machine, and was shopping. I currently have a resmed airsense 10, about 6-7 years old. But this is the current system with autoset. I didn't set this machine up, and assumed that it didn't have autoset... I was wrong! (yes, I can be a dummy) Chatting with a rep named Kelsey, she helped get me straightened out... then sent me a manual for my system. So I just saved $600 and couldn't be happier. This is the second TAP PAP Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask with Improved Stability Mouthpiece I have ordered from CPAP.com. It is a wonderful mask that has made the whole experience comfortable and easy. It has solved my mouth breathing issue and my teeth grinding as well. The only reason I am ordering a second mask is that I have had dental work done that has changed my bite.
There has been a hold on my order as I had also purchased mask wipes that are currently not available. So I called today and asked that the mask be sent ahead and the wipes put on back order. Dasha was very pleasant and resolved my issue immediately.

Ordered my water chamber and then told it was on back order even though i was charged the next day. I called and complained and wad told lies... then i called and spoke to several agents. Mecca... Carla... Nneka... was told my item was on truck and back order and will ship on 5.22... called today and went back and forth and was told multiple lies about my order... STAY AWAY... STAY AWAY..
We made several attempts to privately obtain information from this customer to do further research into his concerns, without some key identifying information we asked for we were unable to locate the order in question, so the only assumptions we can make from the comments were the backorder and shipping delays being a direct result to the global pandemic. As a standard practice, CPAP.com offers our customers the ability to ship the available items immediately, and the backordered items at a later date for no additional charge within the US. We are assuming this is what is being described in the concern regarding being charged before the item shipped.
Heath made me feel like he was helping out a close friend or family member. Made me feel like more than just the next person in a long waiting line.

Today I ordered a new Dream Station cpap machine from cpap.com. I was impressed by their personnel who were friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to answer all my questions completely. The order was placed about 1 pm and I received an email notification that it had been shipped about an hour later. Now that's what I call service!
