Clear and easy help

I was pleasantly surprised as I spoke with Kyria! She was most kind and knowledgeable! This was my first experience with needing a cpap so I didn't even know which questions to ask! After listening to my needs, she made recommendations for a machine and mask. At purchase she looked for and applied current promotions. I was presently surprised to have got through to CPAP.com 1-800 line so effortlessly. And Brandy who I am fortunate to have spoken to, was very help and professional in handling my inquires. I'm impressed with Management in empowering Brandy who exercised her discretion to grant me a full refund for my returns.
The ResMed ClimateLineAir Oxy Heated Tube for AirSense that I bought was inappropriate as I don't use an oxygen respirator. All I needed is a ResMed ClimateLineAir Heated Tube for the AirSense 10 machine.

When you find out you have sleep apnea your world changes it both becomes clearer and also a bit scarier because you never knew that when you slept you were in danger of never waking up.
So you seek solutions and thinking that you need to be attached to this machine to live while you sleep is as intrusive as well having to wear a mask wherever you are going to keep others safe.
You feel betrayed by your body because it is playing this cruel game with you when you are vulnerable and unable to much about it.
Navigating how to get help and what to buy is daunting and often it is much easier to walk away from it and play sleeping Russian roulette than it is to face your fears and get treatment.
Today I was a very fortunate human being as I sought to replace the now-defunct CPAP machine I landed in the capable hands of Layne at cpap.com
She is a knowledgable professional as well as a CPAP user. She listened to all of my concerns from use to price and gave me solid recommendations all the while I rambled on mostly out of fear.
No surprise, I'm a big guy. I should not be afraid but I am. Not afraid of the machine but the fact that I need one. How to get the best one for my money and the supplies needed to not go without it any longer than I have to.
I'm a father of two. 49 years old and I want to be around for my family and thanks to Laine's help I feel confident that I took a step in the right direction today. There is enough craziness going on in our world presently it is great to know that there are humans like Layne out there willing to help.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service in helping me with the right product selection for me as a first time CPAP user. Fixing my error
June 29, 2020

I was a new user for this service. I inadvertently used the wrong Email address,. Com vs. ca. Needless to say I had problems logging on and could not figure out why I was not getting the reset password notice. I called customer service and spoke with Heath R. He was kind, patient, clear, concise and he quickly identified my error. After I recovered from my embarrassment, he quickly transferred my info to the correct Email account and gave me instruction on deleting info and trying to claim other account to protect my information. I was and am very grateful for excellent service.

Phone call was answered with no wait time and no long 'telephone tree'. I had questions regarding my CPAP order which had recently been delivered. Dasha answered all my questions and provided explanations on issues I was confused about. She was very pleasant to boot!

Great to work with

I have been using a certain CPAP mask for about 15 years. I needed a new one and new headgear. My doctor has been out of town and a new prescription is not forthcoming. I needed the mask and headgear. A small part of the mask broke last night. Had a chat with Zachary and he was a lot of help. Ordered the mask and the headgear so the the missing prescription was not an issue. Got it resolved. My stuff is on its way. Thank you Zachary!
