I received my new Resmed 10 Airsense and Wisp mask quickly. I've been using the Resmed 10 for the last 6 years and purchased this one as a replacement to my old worn out one. After placing my order online I called the customer support number to have a few questions answered. Kelsey was extremely helpful, answered all my product questions and was apply to apply a discount code that I had forgotten to use when placing the order. She made sure that the machines I had ordered were all going to be compatible with the hoses and masks I already had, which was a concern of mine. My husband recently found himself in a challenging situation: with a new sleep apnea diagnosis, immediately followed by the loss of his job and health insurance (due to COVID) before getting a CPAP. We live in Puerto Rico and everything is 40%+ more than in the states, which is extra hard when you have pay out of pocket.
