I received my new Resmed 10 Airsense and Wisp mask quickly. I've been using the Resmed 10 for the last 6 years and purchased this one as a replacement to my old worn out one. I had a question with the auto off function not working properly on the new machine and Kelsey K. After placing my order online I called the customer support number to have a few questions answered. Kelsey was extremely helpful, answered all my product questions and was apply to apply a discount code that I had forgotten to use when placing the order. She made sure that the machines I had ordered were all going to be compatible with the hoses and masks I already had, which was a concern of mine. I high; y recommend CPAP.COM for purchasing equipment - excellent customer service.

Couldn't ask for more!

My husband recently found himself in a challenging situation: with a new sleep apnea diagnosis, immediately followed by the loss of his job and health insurance (due to COVID) before getting a CPAP. We live in Puerto Rico and everything is 40%+ more than in the states, which is extra hard when you have pay out of pocket. I reached out to CPAP.com to see if they would even honor the Rx from his PR doctor. Turns out they will, they offer free shipping, and the prices can't be beat! Kelsey was a huge help. We're very grateful!
