I have a place in town where I've been going for CPAP supplies, and it's been a rough road with them. I keep having problems with masks, and when I call them to explain, they seem irritated with me. I finally tried CPAP.com because a friend loves them, and I got Brandy on the phone who immediately asked about the problems I'd been having with various masks I'd tried, and then went straight to suggesting several masks that ALL directly addressed the problems, and were types of masks I'd never been offered at the local place. It is hard to buy cpap equipment, especially when making changes. Cpap.com and Agnes in particular, just make difficult decisions and explanations of equipment so much easier. I had a lot of new changes to make and equipment to buy that I had been struggling with and putting off for a year. One call to Agnes and we worked through each decision. She was fully knowledgeable about pros and cons and I was able to place my order with confidence and relief. I was shocked at the good price for my haul and then it even arrived in 2 days. And this new mask! Total life changer. Very grateful for this company and the knowledge and patience of customer support reps like Agnes.

I like the size of this machine, especially the travel cord. I was having some issues with travel machine and Agnes L walked me thru the troubleshooting steps in detail. It works great now.

I just ordered my travel sized CPAP machine from this company as they had the best price around. The order process was easy. After I submitted it, I received an email that my prescription was needed. I had uploaded it during the order process, so I thought I'd call their service hotline to double-check that the document was received. The phone was answered immediately by Agnes. She was very friendly and competent, found my prescription right away and validated it for me. She was also able to confirm some product information that I wanted to double-check. I bought DreamStation CPAP machine from CPAP.com. Preheat option for the humidifier is not coming on the DreamStation machine. I called up Customer Support of CPAP.com. I did not need to wait for a support person on the phone line. The support person, Agnes helped me to get the Preheat option on the screen. I would like to thank Agnes for her quick help. This is a follow-up to my original one-star review. After I posted that review on sitejabber.com, I received a call from someone with cpap.com. She claimed that the reason my one-star review was not posted is because it contained my name (which is did not and does not). So, I submitted the review again, and the second time it was accepted by the website. But, I received an automated email message from cpp.com inviting me to withdraw my review (presumably because it is a one-star review)! I found this offensive, as I have never received such a message when posting either positive or negative reviews from any other vendor. But, a couple of days later, my one-star review was finally posted on cpap.com. So, other potential purchasers are finally on notice of the burnt plastic smell emitted by the machine. I have upgraded my rating of cpap.com from one to two stars because they finally did post my review, but only after I have had to devote hours of time to addressing the issue on this very useful site, and on the phone with cpap.com representatives, and only after choosing not to withdraw my negative review in response to their unwelcome invitation to do so.

I bought a Transcend 3 auto cpap machine from cpap.com. It emits a burnt plastic smell. So, I reviewed the machine on the cpap.com website with the lead line "It Stinks!", because it does stink up the air you breathe when using the machine. Cpap.com refused to publish my one-star review. So, beware--the product reviews on cpap.com are biased, so don't rely on them. And, beware of the Somnetics Transcend 3 machine--it really does emit a burnt plastic smell when you use it.
I was given, by my pulmonologist, a sample of a Philips DreamWear product which was very comfortable. Trying to order replacement parts turned out to be much more challenging than I'd thought it would be. Once I found a supplier who could take my order - Cpap.com, & spoke to Kelsey in their order dept., it all became much simpler. With stock numbers & names for products, browsing their website for what I needed was easy. Kelsey was very patient & knowledgeable, and helped me navigate their site so that I could see everything I needed, without putting any sales pressure on me. Next replacement order will be a breeze thanks to her expertise!

It sometimes befuddles me how the CPAP.com phone reps are able to be experts on so many different products, especially given the complex nature of CPAP equipment. But today I would say Kelsey established a new high water mark in helping me choose the best back up battery for my needs.
I consider myself a very technical person and have many questions that a lot of folks wouldn't care about, but Kelsey handled them all with ease and was tolerant of my pickiness.
