I Had called customer service with a question concerning my cpap. I spoke with a very pleasant and helpful agent named Brandy. She was unable to help me with my original question during the call. She needed to get a specific link from her supervisor who was in available at that time. She insured me she would get the link and forwarded it to my email account by the next day.
