I called and spoke with Carol. My wifes cpap machine failed. She walked us through the entire process and got everything handled quickly, very efficient and Professional. A great service representative of Cpap company. I have been purchasing with cpap for close to 10 years. I have had no concerns. The amazing part was I called on a friday afternoon around 3pm, paid for the shipping and it arrived from Texas to Florida by noon Saturday the next morning. Think my wife was happy? I was too. Went to the website and found what i needed. Went to check out and the site kept asking for my long in even after i gave it, so i could not checkout. Made the call and had to wait a while than Brandy came on the phone and was extremely helpful. She changed my perceptions, so i did have a good experience after some frustration.
