CPAP sent my order out via FEDx Overnight it left Texas on time and was in Dulles, VA by Noon the next day. It sat in the FEDx facility overnight and still not delivered as of today. It was to be delivered in Frederick, MD. Weather in VA or MD was not an issue.
I explained this to the Customer Service rep and Erica handled it in a very professional manner, she understood what I was saying. Erica refunded the cost of the FEDx overnight fee. Excellent customer service. Thank You.

Aweful Experience

Stay away from this place. Two weeks after placing my order, for equipment that was shown as available on their website, I am still waiting. Ifact i was just told that the equipment is out of stock 2 weeks after ordering. The management and proccesses at this place are absolutely pathetic.

Refund for Wrong Item

I mistakenly ordered disposal filters for Resmed Autoset T instead of ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet. I chatted online with Chad who re-ordered the right filter for my machine and that I could dispose of the wrong filters at no charge. Thank you very much Chad; I appreciate your assistance.

After a full week of phone calls to the insurance company, various suppliers, and the current supplier, we finally got the help needed in a replacement machine for the affected Phillips recall. Carol helped us through the process of identifying the best alternative and successfully ordering the ResMed machine that will be delivered tomorrow! I appreciate the professionalism, and knowledge, but most appreciative that I will be able to sleep comfortably, going forward!

I spoke with Carol at cpap.com and she was able to work with my doctor to get a prescription sent to complete my order.
Message chats and e-mail are OK, but it is a real person who knows how to get things moving in a timely fashion.

Usually I have nothing but good things to say about cpap.com. However, in this case I was calling about the status of the repair of my CPAP machine. The only thing they gave me, was that the machine was still at the manufacturer. I feel like they should have called the manufacturer to give me a date on when it will be back to me. It is very difficult not having your machine when you rely on it. I didn't feel they were concerned about how this impacted me.

Unfortunately, in most cases we don't have any specific date to provide our customers with, as the defective machines are evaluated by the manufacturer on a first come, first serve basis. Please keep in mind that the evaluation can take up to 6-8 weeks to be completed.
