I went to CPAP.com to order my travel CPAP machine, because I believed they were a trusted online website. I am leery of many of the other sites. I am not that savvy when it comes to CPAP equipment but did my research and settled on the DreamStation Go. When I saw CPAP.com had them in stock, I jumped at it. Unfortunately, I ordered only the humidifier segment of the DreamStation Go. A more knowledgeable person would not have made my error. I called and Carol, listened, helped sort out my error and set up the return. She also advised me on an alternative travel CPAP. She was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. She confirmed my belief that CPAP.com is a trusted site for ordering CPAP equipment.

After having a bad experience with another online DME provider I contacted cpap.com. I chatted with Chad twice and he was extremely responsive and helpful both times. The company processed my Rx and order incredibly quickly. What the first company couldn't do in 2 1/2 weeks these folks did in half a day. Cost was more but it was well worth it. After receiving the device I had a question about a feature and Chad had the answer to me immediately. Great customer care!

I do not yet have my replacement cPAP machine but honestly that quality will be due to the manufacturer not cPAP.com. With ability to chat through text message Zachary spent a good deal of time with me to correct my own ordering error and select the right replacement cPAP for me. I appreciate the time, the detailed information, and the ease with which this was handled. Highly recommend the site. (I purchased an external battery long ago and that went well also)
