Z2 not working
October 14, 2021

Customer service was great for ordering. My husband bought the Z2 since his res med no longer worked and we needed to go on a trip. It worked the first night. It was only about 2 weeks later when we returned and he called about the problem. Apparently, the z2 was bought as is. So now we have to fix it. It doesn't make sense. The machine was defective. We were going to be a customer

Wonderful company

What a pleasant experience. It was so nice talking with someone who was not in a hurry to get you off the phone. These days it seems like most of the people you talk with are either in a big hurry or in another country and it is very difficult to understand them. Darryl was so pleasant and helpful. He took the time to help me and got me what I needed. That is a rare thing these days. Thank you Darryl! I really appreciated your help. And they price matched. What more could you ask for!

I called in to cpap.com today to ask questions about and to place an order for filters which attach to the hosing. I have never previously used that type of filter. The customer service rep was very helpful and cordial. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Great customer service

Wasn't sure exactly what I needed to order. The gal I talked to was very helpful, looked for the answer if she was not sure, gave suggestions, and useful information about the products I was looking at. The CPAP I bought was normally $1000, was $100 less on sale at this site.
