Our customer service agent Daryl was outstanding. We had endless headaches working with our insurance company's CPE provider - endless headaches and no results. When we learned that we would be charged MORE for a new machine from the provider with no idea when it might arrive, we went to CPAP.com. Daryl gave us the information we needed, was patient, courteous and thorough. And we received the new machine promptly at less cost to us.
I got notified my name on the order did not match my prescription on file and could not be completed until it was corrected. It was an easy misunderstanding on my part. I dealt with Zackery and Erica. Both were great and easy to deal with. I had an issue with the Fedex overnight service. Not a cpap.com issue. They refunded my shipping even though they did not have to. FYI, FedEx will not stand behind thier overnight services and will not refund your money when they don't do what they say.
