This is my first experience with CPAP.com. My heated humidifier on my CPAP machine has not been heating lately, so I came to CPAP.com to see what a new unit might cost, etc. Then the CHAT HELP screen popped up, so I decided to give it a try. While we didn't solve my problem, Zachary Hodge went way over and above trying to help me figure out what the problem was... we spent over an hour troubleshooting different ideas. Zachary was patient and resourceful, trying different ways to diagnose my machine's problem. I could not have asked for better customer service... even though I've never been an actual customer. You can bet this company will get my business in the future based on this experience. Thanks again, Zachary!
Crystal with CPAP.com was amazing. She answered all my mundane questions, offered up comparison charts relevant to my purchase and alleviated all my fears for making such an expensive but necessary purchase. I was going to pay over $3,000 for the same machine with fewer bells and whistles from a local medical equipment provider, boy am I glad I didn't. This site is helpful, cost effective, and more user friendly than others I searched on also.

Ever since I have started using cpap.com I couldn't have been happier! Their customer service is very friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you! Tonight I online chatted with Daryl and he was just amazing! Answered my questions completely promptly and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was clear and I just can't say enough kind words about him and this company thus far! They have had way! Better! Service than the local cpap supply store just a few miles down the road.

I have a subscription through CPAP.com for reoccurring auto shipments of my cpap supplies. However, I need a replacement part sooner than expected, so waiting for the arrival of my next scheduled shipment isn't an option.
I logged into my CPAP.com account and requested help via their online chat support. I was quickly connected to Agnes, who provided friendly, knowledgeable customer service. They verified my identity, reviewed my account, and processed my next, upcoming order right away, so that I would receive my replacement part asap.
While reviewing my account they found, and brought to my attention, that I actually had two reoccurring subscriptions set up for the same items. After confirming that my early shipment request was processed, they removed the erroneous duplicate subscription from my account.

Today I ordered a new Dream Station cpap machine from cpap.com. I was impressed by their personnel who were friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to answer all my questions completely. The order was placed about 1 pm and I received an email notification that it had been shipped about an hour later. Now that's what I call service! I'm not sure I've ever had better service via a website "live chat" than what Agnes provided. She was very quick with answers and alternatives for my issue. Very impressive! One point of feedback that I will share, since I'm a writer and this bothers me more than it probably should: Agnes typed "your welcome" a few times in our chat and it, of course, should be "you're welcome." I know, I know, grammar police. I'm annoying. Sorry for that... just trying to help since Agnes was so helpful to me.
