My experience with cpap.com has always been consistently good. The call-center for customer service is fast and efficient and the support staff is very patient. I really appreciate the patient customer service (Thank you Brandy!). Given the number of products and masks sometimes finding the right replacement-products can be confusing. I was able to send a photo to clarify what I was looking for and Brandy made sure I was getting the right product for my needs. I will continue to purchase replacement cpap products for my ResMed travel machine with cpap.com.
