Dealt with a number of people via chat after ordering due to issues with FedEx. It took a while to get a resolution and the mask did get here; however, it wasn't what I expected and was immensely uncomfortable for me. I contacted them see what the return options were and the masks are insured. Thus, they issued an immediate refund for the mask and sent a return label for the unopened extra cushion I had ordered. I really can't complain about that at all and in spite of it not working out, CPAP.com and the last rep I worked with, Crystal, did an outstanding job of resolving my issue. Will definitely consider them in the future.
Went to Chat option very early today, bot couldn't answer so told me a real chatter would contact me. Promptly at 9am, Crystal came on, and answered my question immediately and sent me possible options. Efficient, friendly and with the answer required, can't get any better.

I had ordered a replacement part for my new Headgear on the website, when the Electronic receipt came through, I had noticed it was the wrong size. I called and got Brandy, and she informed me that I had entered the wrong part number (an older version that I had used, rather than the new one). She was able to cancel the mistake, and get me the corrected order into the pipeline, which I should get tomorrow.
