It is so confusing to find the perfect mask as well as machine as well as travel CPAP. Especially when there are so many available and so many sites. CPAP.com allows me to return the mask I will not like. That was my deciding factor. Otherwise I could be left with 3 masks laying around. Crystal answered ALL my questions, and I had atleast 100. She remained professional and calm even at my stupid questions. But I learned more from Crystal today than the other sites I had called, so now I am going shopping for all my new equipment.
