Sorry I didn't get the names of the telephone reps who helped me. I'd made an order from this company but the product was never delivered by the private shipping company. So two + weeks later I called the CPAP.com toll free help line to ask that they file a complaint and to start a claim. The reps did more than that. They immediately sent me a replacement order for free, via USPS and the new product arrived the same week. Later, as I reviewed their policies and terms, I realized that such good service is usual for them. This is impressive. Thank you CPAP.com!

I'm not sure I've ever had better service via a website "live chat" than what Agnes provided. She was very quick with answers and alternatives for my issue. Very impressive! One point of feedback that I will share, since I'm a writer and this bothers me more than it probably should: Agnes typed "your welcome" a few times in our chat and it, of course, should be "you're welcome." I know, I know, grammar police. I'm annoying. Sorry for that... just trying to help since Agnes was so helpful to me.
