I have been on CPAP therapy now for 25 years and must say that I am SO GLAD I found this wonderful company probably 17 years ago now! I have continued to go to them for several reasons that I was reminded of just now when I called into their support line and talked to Jennifer J. I've been having issues with dry mouth and my sinuses with the colder weather and seasonal allergies and have not been sleeping well at all despite having a top of the line RedMed Airsense 10 auto-set cpap machine that I bought a few years ago from CPAP.com. Jennifer, just like everyone else I've talked to over the years at this company, knows her stuff! She was so patient with me and walked me through all my settings to make sure I could make some changes that could help me have a better night's sleep. We also discussed a good recommendation for a full face mask to try out when my allergies are bothering me and placed an order for me that will arrive overnight! Jennifer really made me feel like there is hope for a better night's sleep now and I am grateful for her help!

I contacted CPAP.com website and used their Chat to let them know that items that had reportedly been delivered had not arrived. I spent about 5 minutes on the Chat with Shelly while she tracked the package and decided upon a response. She sent out a replacement order. The issue was apparently with the US Post Office, but CPAP made it right. Could not ask for more.

I found out that my current CPAP Mask has been discontinued. I needed to purchase a new Mask. I was not able to find my prescription. Korinne was able to help me get a complete New Mask without my prescription by buying it in parts. It actually was slight less then buying the Mask complete. She was so helpful and professional.
