Good assistance by Crystal and very helpful in hearing the issue and sending the adaptor hope its only the adaptor is the issue for the Resmed CPAP.

They offer service where you can try out CPAP masks at home and can return within 30 days. Well, I ordered 3 of them at the same time, along with some other stuff. One didn't work out, but I've been too pre-occupied with other things that I missed the 30 day window. I contacted them, explained the situation, and they agreed to issue a refund for the one mask that didn't work out for me. I've been a customer off and on for over 10 years now and they do not disappoint.

They also have a community called cpaptalk.com that has been a wealth of information and resources as well.

Customer service was so great. Was trying to place an order online and just wanted some confirmation that what I was ordering would provide for my needs... Shawndria W was a perfect CS Representative... She walked me through what would work together, ensured I had all I would need, and actually placed the order for me to expedite and verify on the spot. I felt no Sales pressure only confident information. Shawndria was polite, informed, customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. I am actually excited and looking forward to my new travel machine arriving... strange but true! Thanks Shawndria!

There wasn't the idiocy of chatting with a "virtual agent" which most businesses have and is useless. The agent came on quickly. Crystal understood my question and resolved it promptly. Nice job.

Great customer service!

It was a pleasure chatting with Daryl regarding my existing prescription. He assured me it was still active and offered to put me in touch with a salesperson. He followed through as promised, and a couple of minutes later I was on the phone with Kayla, who quickly and efficiently hooked me up with a new cpap. The whole transaction, from start to finish, took no more than 15 minutes. They were very respectful of my time and they were friendly and helpful. Great job!

This company is awesome to deal with.
Last yr I had to get a new machine due to Phillips recall. Love the resmed machine.
Today I had to inquire about another mask Brandy was so helpful, and patient in answering all questions and concerns.

I am new to CPAP therapy and had a lot of questions about what kind of attachments were right for me and compatible with my device.
