Great Customer Support

I spoke with several representatives prior to my purchase. These conversations were on the phone as well as via the online chat. I also have reached out with questions about the products after my purchase. All of the representatives were very helpful and friendly. The most recent I spoke with via chat was Kayla. I found their staff and website to be the most user friendly when conducting my purchase research. The purchasing process was also easy.

Getting to the point is important to me. Kayla did just that. She was helpful in pointing out a major difference between what insurance was pushing and what I needed—heated tubing. In addition, she sent me, in the chat conversation, a link to their website where you can compare and contrast various machines. In addition, she offered a follow up phone call with a specialist to help me in my decision making.

Great Customer Service

This is my first experience ordering a CPAP machine. After guidance from my brother, who has used one for over twenty years, I knew what brand and model I wanted, but I wanted the personal touch of speaking to a person for confirmation of my choice, as well as guidance for a mask. I had received some guidance for type of mask via chat a week ago, and Brandy confirmed that choice and offered a good reason for the mask which I ordered. She made the entire buying experience very easy and pleasant. I am grateful for my brother's guidance to CPAP.COM for this purchase.
