I have bought several items from CPAP.com including the new Airsense 11 Cpap after my Dreamstation was recalled. Upon buying my machine I accidentally ordered more masks than I needed and had to make a return. I had called customer support and Brandy T helped me address the issue and made it easy for met to send the items back. With the shortage of CPAP machines due to the recall, I am glad that CPAP.com has items available and their customer service also remains solid.
Couldn't find a new cpap locally and landed at cpap.com.

Brandi was so helpful! I called and luckily was immediately connect with Brandi who gave me an excellent mask suggestion and also was able to help the condensation issue by recommending a heated tube. Best of all, she was able to get me a discount by signing up for emails and all that was done in about 15 minutes! I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service!

Their website states same day shipping, false information. Website order information hasn't updated from showing its being processed. Finally contacted them by chat, rep stated item had shipped. When i asked why i wasn't sent an email to confirm she stated they did. I never received an email. I expressed my disappointment then rep became rude. Bye bye Cpap.com!
