Was trying to locate a specific CPAP mask (Dreamwear Gel nasal pillow) that had been
Reportedly discontinued --I contacted CPAP.com online and asked for the chat line for help.
CHAD came on after a short wait, I explained my request and he immediately looked up the availability of the product, recalled my account ID data, and transferred me to an agent BRANDY who confirmed that the product had not been discontinued and took my order. Whole thing took about 10 minutes and was greatly appreciated as this particular nasal pillow has been the only one that fits perfectly-I'm on my 3rd ResMed machine (10 years of use) and the accessories have evolved and improved greatly, but it is still a very individual fitting process because every face and nose is different! I wanted to double check if there was a product to do exactly what I wanted available on cpap.com (unfortunately, there wasn't.) Darryl offered a couple products that could be workarounds, but ultimately he definitively confirmed there isn't a 12V barrel DC converter to 24V ResMed AirSense 10 connector available for my 3rd party battery. There are 3rd party products available (or if you're an electrical engineer, you could build one), but I wanted to check through the more official channels first. He saved me time
