Company's services were professional and timely. Delivery was very fast. The quality is exceptional, better than advertised. The only concern is that the socks are very tight and a little difficult to get on and off. Aside from that, I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.
Found the best deal, no tax and free shipping on cozywinters.com. That's what sealed the deal in my price comparison efforts for a heated jacket I knew I was buying that day. Delivery was prompt an received a delivery confirmation email to confirm I received my jacket. Closing the loop on a sale is customer service I'll be coming back for.

I wear a medium in everything I wear but I ordered XXL and the coat is too small. Unacceptable sizing on your end.

I placed an order almost two month ago and nothing. I have reach out to the support team 4 times and have had no productive solutions and no clear status on my order... absolutley horrible service, would never recommend any one to this company.

Very dissatisfied! I paid for 2 day guaranteed shipping before Christmas and it wasn't delivered until 2 days after. The recipiant is my Mother in Law who is very sick and the warming vest was to help her during the cold trips to the Dr. As it was so late she hasn't even recieved it yet and we have to travel to take it to her. When I called customer service, first I was hung up on and then the lady I spoke had zero information but promised a call back. I did not receive a call back.
I am in the middle of moving so I have had no chance to call about our issues.
I am very unhappy to have received such terrible service for an expensive item.

Answer: Hello, Professional installation is recommended for this motorcycle seat cushion heater. You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather. The product comes with installation instructions, but we definitely recommend using a professional to install. Thank you.
Answer: No rip off. We have been in this business for 14 years and eCommerce for 22 years. Big snow & Ice storms all weekend. All reps have been on the phone constant all day. We are getting to calls as quickly as we can. Everyone working overtime. What is your order number?

Hi Chad, This is 1000% NOT indicative of how we operate our company. We would not be in business for 16+ years if we operated as you are describing. We are as frustrated about your order as you are. The product you ordered is built by a small machine shop in Connecticut. We have been selling this product for 15+ years. They are typically on top of things but sometimes they get overwhelmed with orders and are understaffed, etc. This seems to be the case at the moment. Our staff has sent them 9 email's already requesting an update on YOUR order, with no reply. One of our reps has called them 6 times, but has not been able to talk to anyone about it, since they don't answer their phones, plus they shut down for the holidays. To be honest, we are at a point where we may remove their products from our website. All that being said, they have always shipped the product out and it's a really great product. It comes with a lifetime warranty for a reason... It's build really solid and it keeps working. We never get returns and many of our customers order more units in the future. We did fail to communicate this clearly with you and for that we are very sorry, but still trying to get status on your order and get it shipped out right away.
