Ordered one-day shipping, but it became two-day shipping. Heated gloves seem high quality, but batteries larger than expected.
I like the product A the price was decent but I paid extra for delivery before Xmas and it arrived at 8pm Xmas eve which had I know I would not have order it - I missed giving this gift to my day at our party and and paid an extra 35$. The website said it would arrive earlier!

We purchased a gift card but didn't receive the key code. I tried calling and had to leave a return number because that was the only option. I never received a call back so I sent an email to the customer service. They did email me back the key code and said the code normally comes with the confirmation. We ended up having to send the gift certificate separate from the other gifts we sent. It all worked out in the end but there was some confusion and frustration. Thanks
Seemed to be ok the site kept jumping around alittle bit I Haven't had time but you charged 170.00 supposedto be 120.00
Efficient. Arrived 2 days later than expected. However, product is not compatible with the heated gloves I have & will have to be returned. Wish they worked. The plug-in prong is too tiny to accept the plug I have.

After entering my credit card info I pushed the continue button expecting to see a summary prior to submitting my order, next thing I see is 'Thank you for your order' and a summary which showed that my order was doubled (2 items instead of 1) and a note that this item requires an extra 2-3 business days for shipping, all after spending over $20 to get it here before Christmas! Feeling frustrated...
