It was a good experience. No negatives about the order or the handling of it.
I purchased a pair of Tatra Women's Battery Heated Snow Gloves, size M. They were a Christmas gift, so it was only after the 30 day return policy period that I found that these gloves did not fit. They were too tight and would not fit at all, with the battery pack inserted. (The wearer takes size medium, in every other store bought glove purchased.) When I called, customer service they said no exchanges or returns after the 30 days. They later relented in an email but I would still have to pay a 20% restocking charge. With shipping and the restocking charge, I would be paying over $100 more, to get a replacement. How much work is it, to put a pair of gloves back in a bin? Online order companies should allow for exchanges, without penalty.

The heated seat cover works well. The directions don't show the power button in the right place and it took me forever to find. Also, I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it was almost double the time to get to me.

Oh, it all started out so well. I found what I wanted, I ordered it, it arrived quickly, all was right with the world! But then, the product proved to be defective, so naturally, I emailed them to inquire about a return (Day 1). No answer. So I called. No one answered so I left a message (Day 2). No one returned my call. So the next day (Day 3) I called again. 15 times before someone answered. They sent me a label to return the item and were sending a replacement the same day. Oh hooray! Tracking info was to be emailed as soon as available. Fast forward to Day 10. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero. Zilch. So I call. For 45 minutes I use 3 phones to call continuously. NO ANSWER. I leave another voice mail (what is the Urban Dictionary definition of insane again?) Day 11. No response. I email (see previous question). Day 12. I take to social media to see if it has any result. I file a claim with the State's Attorney General and the BBB. Stay tuned to see what day 285 may bring...

Answer: Hello, Professional installation is recommended for this motorcycle seat cushion heater. You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather. The product comes with installation instructions, but we definitely recommend using a professional to install. Thank you.
