I took out the 2 year warranty on some seat covers. In no time at all they leaked and went mouldy. Approached Covers&All and was politley informed the warranty doesnt apply to mould or leaks. Be sure to check what the wareanty covers. The website was misleading. I can say Covers and All did eventually assist me in arranging replacements.
I had some difficulty finding the right design for my needs however the quick and efficient assistance by Arth more than made up for the inconvenience. Also, although it said they accept major credit cards, it ended up only PayPal was the only manner of payment available.
Clear instructions...waiting to solve the "unique" corners. Followed up with phone call to make sure nothing was misunderstood. Delivered a week earlier than promised.

The discount code I was promised was not valid and I ended up getting half of the discount I was told i would get prior to order - I complained and did get a credit back onto my card but still not the full 30% discount I was promised.
