They wanted to be sure that all the measurements were correct. I received my covers sooner than the estimated delivery date. The cover fit perfectly on my grill island. This was a big purchase for me. I was nervous about sending measurements in sight unseen. I took a chance and it was fortunately very wise. They are high quality, well made products. Customer service was very helpful.
Great fit and fast but DO NOT BUY, one light rain and the cushions were soaked through. What a waste of money. Could not believe that they offered not protection from water at all - what is the point of them?
