I am trying to contact this company to get my custom swamp cooler remade. I provided them the measurements needed, using the numbering scheme the ordering diagram provided. However, the width and depth portions of our cover came reversed, so it doesn't even begin to fit. The quality of the cover is great (which is why I give it 3 stars and not 0 stars)! I just need it to fit. I will upgrade my rating once the issue is resolved and I receive a cover that will fit.
We have a dog who loved to snoop around in the fire pit to get any branches we had placed in there. The cover has curtailed this activity.
Process, production, time to receive and fit were awesome. I am always a bit skeptical when trying something like this online, especially custom covers, that I measured! It went as well as I could hope for. Covers look great on the L shaped sectional and fire pit table. They look durable as well, but we will have to see under the test of time and the high altitude Colorado sun.

So shipping was good. Wrinkles come out. We had them on for over a month and we noticed a wet spot on the bottom of the seat cushions. Lifted one up and it weighs 40 pounds. All 5 of the seat cushions had a pond sitting on the bottom of the covers. Either the water pools on top and seeps in through the seems or they leaked in through the zipper. Im thinking the seems. Not waterproof at all. Water does stay trapped inside very nicely. Waste of money. Seller has replied back stating sucks to be you. Have a 10% off coupon.

As stated over the website, we do provide the 1 to 2" leeway on the width and depth side for easy pull and pull out, however, we do not provide the leeway over the height.
