The cover itself is well made and fit perfectly. After I ordered I called to make sure grommets came on the cover and not an add on feature. Well I should have been more specific because I was told yes, but didn't ask specifically how many. There were only four grommets on my cover, which makes it really really useless.

I did, and they refused to cancel my order placed 48 hours before on the premise that this custom cover is finished and packed for shipping, yet it will take 2 weeks to be delivered. Really? And despite the fact that I have been a substantial customer, that was meaningless.

Packaging made me somewhat concerned at first sight, once unrapping it kinda made sense it was probably the most cost effective way. Then the quality was unexpected! Stitching, material, zipper all great and almost as easy to put on as putting on a pillow case!
