FED EX is Horrible. I paid a premium for delivery and it is late... yet I can get no information as to when it will be delivered. BUT also I have to be here to sign for the delivery. How can I do that when they can't tell me when it will be delivered?
In 50 years of my life this is the worst company that I've ever dealt with. They couldn't get any of the graphics or wanted. I went back-and-forth with them several times and to ensure I got the product in a timely fashion as I needed it for an event. They waste of time and the event came in past never got the product. It's companies not worth the over $600 I spent to get these curtains

Upon checking the order, it seems like you have placed an order with the by default website dimensions which we have just shown for reference. As we provide the customize cover as per the product size and requirement, we do provide an option to add the custom size measurements over the website. As per the process, we have fabricated the cover the same as per your given order dimensions with the standard leeway. However, as per the provided images, the cover size and actual product size is differed by 2-5" on overall measurements. We have checked and review your concern, as per the latest update our team has provided the best possible resolution for the same.
I am very pleased that Covers & All offers an ample sized booklet of fabric samples. It was this gesture that made me choose to get my outdoor furniture covers with Covers & All. At first I was inclined to get them from one of your competitors whom a neighbor recommended. They also sent me fabric samples but they were quite small which made it difficult for me to determine what would work best for my furniture and also color matching. With larger pieces of swatch, it's easier to put two items side by side to color match.

While this cover is much more expensive than others you can buy, it seems like it will last a lot longer as well. The fabric is thick, and I expect it to be durable through the heat and cold in the Midwest. We have had cheaper covers that typically tear and fall apart within a year or two. This cover is a much better quality. The custom fit is great.
This the second time I've used Covers & All. Both times I've been very satisfied. Their drawings for my cover are detailed yet easy to read. The turnaround time is quick. The product is high quality. My first cover I've been using for several years now and it is holding up great!
