This is now the 2nd time we've ordered custom cushion covers from Covers & All, and we've been very happy with them both times! The first time we ordered a variety of sizes for the tiny home Sprinter van conversion we were building (they made great kitchen bench seat covers, which convert to a guest bed), and this time we ordered a cover for the remaining piece of foam we had from that project, and we've turned it into a dog bed for our pups! It's nice because the fabric is tough and water resistant, which works really well for both projects we've used the cushion covers for (water and spill resistant, and should hold up well with wet, muddy dogs). It's not the softest fabric, so I'll keep that in mind for future projects, but we were very happy with both orders so far. I'll be curious to see how it holds up to the abuses of our dogs, haha!
Shipment by FedEx requires a signature? Why?
I wasn't home and the package was not left at the house. The FedEx website states that it requires a signature. Ridiculous!
Now what? I can't wait at home all day for the package.

We use top-quality shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL; however, Covers&all has no control over 3rd party couriers' performance and is not responsible for any delay that arises from the couriers' shipping service. As per past experience, FedEx usually asks for the signature for security reasons. They can certainly leave the package if they will find any safe place to drop the same. As a recipient, you can always call and ask FedEx's local facility to drop the package at the front door. Meanwhile, we have contacted FedEx to deliver the package as soon as possible and also send a request to drop it at the front door if no one is available at the home.

Ordered a table cover using their order sheet. Received confirmation the next day and was later notified of shipping. Covers and All used FedEx and I received the cover earlier than the estimated delivery! Doesn't usually happen that way. Cover fits perfectly and is of highest quality. Couldn't be happier.
