Gave proper dimensions of grill for a custom grill cover. They designed a box from my dimensions and didn't account for the grills shape. Cover arrived and was significantly oversized and would drag on the floor. Couldn't move the grill with cover on. Company won't stand by product as production is outsourced to India. Had to go through credit card to get resolution. Not customer focused and very bad company to deal with. I would have preferred they fixed or made a new cover that fits.

If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Refunds will be issued within 7 days if the online ticket is approved and will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment.
