I've dealt with the salesman before. I don't remember his name but he was very professional. The software used is easy to use to give the design team the appropriate measurements. These tough black covers can't be beat. I've had to replace many covers regularly from other companies and although they were less expensive they never last more than 3-5 years. These cost more but they are custom made, last a long time while looking new, and are worth it.

I was told the order was complete, and not told when I ordered, that the order was not complete until I approved their drawings. When I call a few days past the expected delivery, they told me that I had to go back and look for an email and approve it. Then I had to wait another 10 days for delivery. The covers just came and there is already snow on the furniture. Now I have to wait to cover them till the snow melts. Why did they not tell me that my order was not complete until I approved the final drawing, then I would have known to look for it.

The previous orders were made with a little slack in fit which made them easy to use. This time the fit was exactly the size I ordered which made them a little tight to use. Hopefully it will loosen with time.

When you view the order, it removes the personalization from your order. Example, the pdf. Attachment. It maybe user error but it has happened more than once now.
