I found their website, loved that they seemed to be in the states. I did all the measuring tried to call... long waits and when I was next in line hang up. Ok, I understand with the COVID 19 and all. I finally got to someone in INDIA. I have dealt with people over there but he and I couldn't communicate well at all.He told me that when I placed my order and sent pictures of my built-in grill, someone would call me to discuss my order before they started making my cover. Now Im thinking that if I get someone like this gentleman I would not get the right fitting. I was told that if there was a problem with my cover ( it didn't fit or any other reason) I would have to ship it back to them, not to GA where their main headquarters is but to India, MY DIME. So I will not be ordering from this company. Thank you for reading this.
I ordered a BBQ cover and followed the directions and guidelines as they asked. They also asked me for more measurements to make sure that everything was correct. I gave them exactly what they asked for. I sent them pictures of the BBQ, so they would know what I have. Also, one reason I bought from them, on their website I saw the same BBQ that looked like mine with the grill cover that I needed, it was a great selling point. I received the BBQ cover put it on and it fits like TOTAL CRAP! I called them up and they said to email the issues with pictures, that I did. They wanted more pictures with a tape measure, that I did. They came to the conclusion that I could not follow a simple measuring instruction. Are you kidding me? I have been doing construction work for 30 years, I know how to measure. If you look at the photos you will see there is a huge problem. They made the mistake and they won't admit to it. The only thing they can do is give me 25% off my next order. Are you kidding me? You can't even read the logo. So, I sent them more photos one more time to prove to them they got it wrong. They finally did admit that there was some fault on their part. So now their offer is for me to pay 60% towards a new cover. I am not giving them more money to fix their mistake. You are taking a huge risk to order from this company. I would use their competitor.
I built an outdoor tv cabinet and even though I built the cabinet to be water proof I still needed a cover. So I saw an advertisement on FB about Covers & all and went to their website. The site was easy to use designing the right cover for my cabinet. Once I sent my measurements in I received two emails verifying my measurements. Within 10 days I received my cover and it fit like a glove. The material of the cover was heavy duty and I believe it will hold up to any weather. Very durable. I will use them again and pricing was competitive to any other company out there.
I ordered 2 separate speaker covers. The speakers have handles on both sides to carry. This company made 2 covers... both with 1 handle opening below the handle, and on the other side sewed in some sort of up side down pocket instead of a handle opening on both covers. WTF? How can I carry with 1 handle?
And being late sending order alsor... these are worthless to me now. I'm not disappointed. I'm pissed!.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE... INDIA COULDN'T FOLLOW SIMPLE DIAGRAM DIRECTIONS... they just go ahead and guess and make what THEY think is right... and no admission of wronging the customer or correcting their mistake.
Shipped the wrong size cover and refuse to correct. Unwilling to admit that they messed up our order even though we provided them with a picture of the fire pit showing that it is clearly square. They shipped a rectangular 17" x 26" cover. By other reviews it looks to me like they deliberately do this to cause their customers to have to place a second order. Their solution was for us to purchase a second cover then refund us 20%. Not going to happen. Most any other reputable company would have sent a replacement for customer satisfaction. Not these people. Unscrupulous from the start. Steer clear!

When I received my shipment and opened the box, I was immediately impressed with the quality of the material, then, after I unfolded the cover and examined the stitching and design I was starting to appreciate this cover even more. It fits as I hoped it would and it looks very nice on my deck. I expect to get many years of use from it. I live on the East Coast of Canada in the Province of New Brunswick and we get very diverse weather, from some winters of bitter cold and some of 5-10 feet of snow.our summers can get quite humid and hot and dry and I believe that this product is the one for the job. I just received two outdoor covers. One for our rectangular fire pit and one for our spuare propane box. I ordered the heavier duty material and couldn't be happier. The fit is perfect on both units. The craftsmanship and materials are high quality. Thanks.
I was very excited to receive the cover I custom ordered. The cover was for a 12 foot shuffleboard table. I needed a black cover to match the rest of my furniture in the room. Unfortunately, when I received the order the cover was grey. I called the customer service line. First, this is not a company out of the United States as the website would have you believe. This is a company in India. The customer service agent told me I ordered grey. I told him that I don't believe I did, but either way I needed to return what I had. I said that I'd even be willing to pay the shipping or a restocking fee. He told me it was not possible because the factory was in India, but that I could contact the help email. I did so. The person responding told me the same thing, that I had ordered grey. At this point I just want a cover, so I explain look, I don't believe I did, but fine. I get you don't want to lose money on just sending me a new one, so work with me on giving me a good deal. I don't feel as though I did anything wrong, but again I just want the black cover. The customer service representative wouldn't budge. They offered me minuscule discounts twice, and upon a third time said that there was nothing else I could do but buy a new cover. I don't understand; the company has already made their money on my original purchase. Even though I don't feel I ordered incorrectly I still agreed to purchase a new one at a heavy discount any pay shipping so it wouldn't cost them anything and I'd still get my necessary cover. This is very bad customer service. The representative cared nothing about trying to make the situation better for all parties. If the cover I originally ordered had come correctly and had been the right cover I would have had a good experience. The cover they sent seems pretty well made and should do the job. But it's not what I need. This is not a good way to retain a customer who would have gladly used the company again for patio furniture and other various needs.
I received the cover with the wrong dimensions. They requested multiple photos and measurements and failed to resolve the issue. DO NOT DEAL with this company.

I then ordered two custom covers and paid for them with PayPal and got a 15% discount. The covers arrived a week ahead of the projected date. I'm so impressed with the quality and fit of both covers.
