We went ahead and spent a lot of money for our custom cover. That one was great and it fit amazing. The one for our chair was too small. There was an error in their website and they REFUSE to admit it. So now I'm stuck with something I can't use and need to order from them again in order to match our other cover.
I'm truly disappointed in this company and their customer service. The reason I gave it two stars was because their quality (when correct) is actually pretty good.
I ordered 4 covers in May from Covers and All and it took a really long time to receive them. Because of the Covid. When I received them, there was one that was too small despite the meticulous measurements I had taken. I wrote to Covers and all and they made me a new cover for free and sent it to me free of charge. I will order again at Covers and all without a doubt. The covers are beautiful and of a very high quality.
All references to quick and easy in my opinion are probably paid responses. There is zero useful customer service here. In my opinion they hire out an overseas group to answer phone calls and chat lines. They have no production planning nor insight. They cannot tell you where in the process your order fits, nor when it will be completed. It's really quite shameful and I regret ordering. I cannot tell you if the product is poor, decent or great because I still don't have it.
Whatever they say on shipping timeline... Dont believe. Once my order was received they missed multiple shipping dates i was sent emails on. Customer service said every time it's "in production"... It wasn't or they would have shipped out the order. Customer service does reply timely but i no longer believe anything they tell me. Last order i will submit to them
Placed an order for a new grill cover in Mid June. After several inquiries, many excuses and finally saying in the end of August that if it doesn't ship next week cancel the order, they shipped a cover that was at least 30% oversized. 2½ months for a miserable fail. I was sent emails saying 'your order will be delivered xx/xx but when I didn't get any tracking info or delivery & inquired, I was told it was 'in production'. Here's what they sent vs. the old cover. I could just as easily put a garbage bag over the grill as use this.

Buyer beware Covers & All is not a trustworthy company. They took my monies but never delivered my covers. I have had many conversations with them and they tell you that you will be credited in two days. I been dealing with this since April. There are many other great companies to buy covers from but stay away from Covers & All. They are just a scam.
My order took over 2 months to receive after three revised delivery updates and three phone calls stating my order was "in production"... sent the exact dimensions I needed for my outdoor heater and after receiving the order yesterday it was TOO BIG with the top dimensions off by 2" which caused the bottom to touch the ground with overlap!
I gave it two stars only because the materials and color were as described!

We were looking for out door covers for our patio furniture. We thought we had found the answer with Covers and All as the site looked like they had everything we needed and more. We placed order 13th of July with estimated delivery of 7/31/20. Today is Sept 1st and we still do not have anything. When we call all they keep saying is delays due to covid and our order is in production. No status on where it is in production or what our eta is. They also hung up on us 2-3 times. The chat box is also a waste as there are no definitive answers to our questions on ETAs. They will also not refund our money. Will have to complain to BBB. Sigh. We were so looking forward to doing more business with them too.
Please be very careful of this company. I spent a great deal of money on having a treadmill cover made, I provided tape measurements and manufacturer's measurements from the manual. The cover was not made to measurements supplied, customer service representatives are obstructive and will not take any responsibility if the covers do not fit. They did not take any responsibility and blame the customer with multiple emails and providing false claims of original measurements.
Do not spend your money on having products made by this company!

I ordered on 7/18/20 and paid $45 for express delivery. I was told it would arrive 7/27/20. Then I got an email that it was delayed because of covid and that it would arrive on 8/4/10. I requested express delivery refund because I had to buy a tarp to cover my table in the meantime. They then emailed saying it would arrive on 8/10/20, but no mention of giving me a refund. Two days ago I tried doing the online chat with them and it kept saying 'just a moment, I am directing this to the correct person'. It is now 8/17/20 and I received an email this morning that it is shipping... from India! No idea when I'll finally get it. I do not know the quality yet, this is only a review about the customer service and truth in shipping info.
Promised to deliver covers on three different dates. We still do not have covers. Paid expedited shipping and still no delivery. Promised to credit back delivery charges and still no credit. Many promises without any results. Blamed it on COVID19 after assuring us that the company was fully operating with no issues regarding COVID19. We asked questions before purchasing during COVID19 and the company assured us that they were able to operate on time. Now it is COVID19 fault. We asked for a full refund back on a product we paid for a long time ago and not received. They promised to guarantee delivery on August 10,2020 NOTHING! We tried several times to call and phones are not picking up on orders already purchased. Called again through new sales line and guess what? Someone picked up to sell us a new product. They have the man power to take your new order and money but ignore current customers who have paid them.
I ordered a cover in early April which I still have not received. Every week I was told it would be shipped the filling week. When you call they give you the same line. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I understand with the virus things happen but 4 months that's crazy. And the lies that it would ship next week every time you call. Finally cancelled order and just received my refund.
Ordered a custom cover for our outdoor fire column. The company is INSISTING that we ordered a "standard tapered" column cover (and CONVENIENTLY the Confirmation Email shows NO dimensions or price!) and are unwilling to correct their mistake. The dimensions of our piece do not even closely resemble those of the cover that we received. The customer service motto is: "Customers are our Number 1 Priority and we strive to make sure every transaction you have with us is a pleasant one". Our experience has been one of shirking responsibility, interestingly having no supervisors available, placing blame on us for... getting EVERY SINGLE measurement wrong(Is that even possible!)... and then quoting us on a completely NEW order for the cover that we need. WTAF!? Steer clear!
I order a table cover in May, with a delivery date of June. In Early July I called and was given a date july with a rebate of 20 dollars on my order. It is now August with no rebate no refund and no product, on top of that I have called their 1-800 service only to wait in queue several times only to get dropped.

Ordered on 11/06/20 with a delivery date of 29/07/20, it did not arrive nor have I had any communication from them about any delays. Spoke on a chat line to them today and they said 6 or 7 more weeks. I asked for a full refund which they would not confirm and then they stopped responding on the chat. I have just got in touch with PayPal to raise a case. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Update: after involving Barclaycard Visa and PayPal I have had a full refund of my order. I'll give them an extra star just for that.
This company is a complete fraud. Today is 7/28/2020. I placed my order on 5/15/2020 for a Customized Grill Cover for my husband for Father's Day. I ordered over a month early even though they are located here in the Atlanta where I live. I didn't want to chance it being late. I got an email on May 18th with an updated shipping date of 6/10/2020. On 5/29/2020 I received another email confirming the 6/10/2020 arrival date. I was excited it would arrive before Father's Day. I didn't receive the product prior to Father's day so I contacted them several times over the next few weeks getting an automated machine message that led to nowhere. I finally got a person the last week of June who assured me that she could see in her computer that the cover was in "printing as we speak" and would be shipped immediately. I got an updated delivery date of 7/17/2020. Well today is 7/28/2020 and I called several times until I got Betsy on the phone. She placed me on hold for a long time and came back to tell me that I would receive my order in the middle of August. That's it. I asked for a refund and she sent me an email saying it would take 3-5 business days to process my refund. I'm not even sure that will happen. If it doesn't I plan to take them to court. I'm done with this scam!
