We use the clear tarp as a wall in our lanai. When it is closed we can still see the beautiful lake behind us, and we are protected from the wind and rain. In 30 seconds I can slide it open so we are exposed to the outside. Works great.

I was not able to find a standard cover to protect our small metal deck fire pit. I found Covers & MoreAnd saw that I could order a custom size cover. I placed my order I received a confirmation. The delivery time was a good month out but I had a problem with this as a cover was being made especially for us, and shipping was a little slow because of Covid. My cover arrived within a few days of the projected date and fit our pit perfectly. The cover is made of a nice sturdy material. Very pleased.
Covers & All contacted me so that they could make this cover correctly. My smoker has a smoke chimney on top. They contacted me for the exact measurements in order to get it correct. When the cover arrived, it fit exactly like to one that originally came with the smoker. The quality of this one is so much heavier and much better quality than the original. If I ever need another grill cover, I will look to Covers & All to make another. Very satisfied.
Console cover I ordered was short by 8 inches. Usable and not worth the effort to return but leaves the lower third of the console exposed.

They will not cancel my order, they reuse to give my money back. I have to dispute the charge now on my credit card company bc Covers And All is a fraudulent company. Please beware of them! I am sure many of the good reviews online are fake. There is no way what some people are saying is true. Horrible customer service that is there to simply hold up the scam

To clarify, your order was placed on 9 December with Free Shipping for delivery by 6 January. It was shipped on 2 February and delivered on 5 February. We are unable to locate any conversation where a cancelation or refund was denied. The delay was communicated to you and after your approval on 31 January we dispatched your order on priority as promised.
All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
A 10% refund has been processed for the order due to the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to wait. Once again, we sorely regret disappointing you and can only hope you are able to allow some forgiveness if you are happy with the product. Very happy with the quality and custom size of my clear vinyl panels! Production and shipping was a little delayed but everything custom made is during these times lately.
