My neighbors had your product installed several years ago and are very happy with its durability, keeping weather off their porch, and mentioned that the back of their home is warmer since the north wind is blocked. They recommended it so highly that I didn't even look at an alternate supplier. Your communication regarding my order was everything I could have asked. Delivery was expected in about a week after shipment, but it came within two days. Couldn't be happier.
I was completely blown away by how much time they took to ensure they had the dimensions correct for our Samsung Tower speaker. It is an unusual shape and they were persistent in making sure I was getting accurate measurements and requested I send additional photos. In the end, the product fits great and I will definitely by from Covers & All again when needed.

The company changed its price while we were ordering, the company failed to fully apply its full discount (and when the company acknowledged this, it did not take any corrective action), and the product is mediocre -- definitely not the quality we anticipated.

Take pictures of your items when ordering and the design team will do a true custom fit. Our chairs were club chairs and they made the covers fit just right! Highly recommend! We will never go anywhere else.

Seems to be durable. I use it for a prep spot for my dog to go outside. Placed on top of a low cabinet I set the dog on the cushion while I put her little harness on. I have a back problem so it helps me not to bend over so long while getting her ready.

This is the fifth custom cover I've ordered from Covers and All. Their product looks great, fits great, is incredibly durable, and looks like new years later. The directions they give for taking measurements makes everything easy. Their customer service is also top rate. The corner pull drawstring cords are fixed approximately 75mm into the seam. As they are external boat seat covers and susceptible to wind it would be my opinion that for a more secure fit the drawstring cord should be all the way around.

Pretty straight forward ordering process even for custom sizes. I was unable to change a dimension after only after a few days after ordering so that was a bad thing but fully understandably on my fault but the good thing was that they moved fast! Shipment was also very good with much faster than quoted delivery date.

If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
