It was very easy to order my custom cushion cover. The cover arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly what I ordered.
I have ordered a dozen or so covers and some have arrived exactly as ordered, and several have not. I just received 4 covers for outdoor heaters that were supposed to be black, and they arrived blue. One cover had to be made three times before they got it right, and it took five months of working with their customer service to get it done. If you do have an issue they will eventually get it right, but be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. Again, if they get it right the covers are good quality, but heaven help you if they get it wrong.
Made to order patio furniture covers — what can I say... fit perfectly and their team takes great care of the customer. The product is solid — it's not as "posh" as some other covers we have, but strong material and look fine. Straps are too long for what I need to tie to legs, but easily adjusted to work — so not an issue for functionality. Overall, very satisfied!

The Tub cover I ordered was for an unusual shaped hot tub. This company did a great job with getting the measurements and the shape of the hot tub correct. We are enjoying our new cover it arrive just in time before the rain this week
The pergola cover fits great. The measurement came out to match almost perfectly the previous home owners installed hardware on the pergola roof. I'm so relieved we finally have a cover. Material is thick and hopefully durable. Already passed the rain test, and I keeping my fingers crossed it will pass many more for years to come
