The custom made curved couch cover fit perfectly! Our area just went through a heavy rain and wind storm (30-40 mph!) and all three covers did the job with no tearing at straps or along seams like other covers I've used on furniture. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

They sent the product in extremely sqeezed to save shipping I guess, terrible! In the picture they didn't show any loop on both sides but it came with two ugly handle. Don't know whether they take free returns. Wastage of time, money both!
The wait for these cushion covers was a little long, but the price cannot be beat. Most importantly, they fit perfectly and the material seems sturdy enough to last many years.

We package each product as securely as possible. Due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds. Nevertheless, your feedback is important to us and we have shared your comments with our packaging team for review.
Please accept our apologies if our support did not meet your expectations. Our records indicate that a request for a picture showning the extent of the creases was turned down twice. This is a standard and reasonable request in case of a product complaint.
The creases on your cover will subside eventually; leaving it out in the sun for a while helps. You can also try using a hot air blower over the creases to flatten them out (this will work to varying degrees). Additionally, for your satisfaction our Quality team has offered $20 (about 40% of the product cost) as instore credit. Please write back to us if this seems like a fair resolution.

We handcraft each cover by meticulously following the measurements and instructions provided. As mentioned on the product page, we also add 1 to 2 inches of leeway on the given width/depth for ease of use. However, we do not add any leeway to the height.
The measurements entered while placing the order are listed on your order confirmation email. Could you please check them once? If you feel any of the covers is the wrong size, kindly share a picture at feedback@coversandall.com showing the incorrect side with a tape measure. We are committed to replacing any cover that has not been fabricated as ordered.
