Large project-required providing many dimensions, but it resulted in a terrific product cut to the right exact dimensions
It was easy to create orders. My only suggestion would be to show the dimensions for the cushion covers in the "View Cart" view so it is easier to check them in one screen and validate them against a list.

As advertised, and better. Love the quality of the cover material, as well the clips / draw straps. Can tighten down around base of fire pit. Excellent to protect and keep weather out. Looks beautiful and really will be beneficial in winter months to protect and keep moisture out. Recommend getting two 'pillows' vs. one to help with rain run off.

I ordered a custom size windshield cover for a van. The product arrived and had been cut 9" short from the size stated in the order. I responded to their suggested email address with a photo of the cover with a tape measure showing the incorrect dimension. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing. Having seen how cheap the cover material they use for this product I would prefer at this point to get a refund rather than another one cut to the right size. At this point I'm not confident I'll get either.
I needed a transparent tarp to protect from the wind. The product is well made, as per the dimensions I requested, and materials seem to be high quality. The only improvement I suggest for covers and all is to work on their logistics. This is the second time I buy from them. The first time the product arrived weeks late, and now it arrived a week early. Makes it hard to get organized.
