Our customer cover was complicated due to multiple grills, sink, et al. They took a great deal of care and patience to assure all dimensions were correct, we received it fit perfectly and price was reasonable!

The slipcovers that we received fit our cushions nicely. Given the price, however, I would have expected refined detailing. I am happy with our purchase, as the covers fit our needs, however I believe the cost is too high for the quality.

I wasn't sure of what I needed to ensure water did not pool on my covered table. I contacted support and explained what it was that I wanted to accomplish. They immediately responded back with the product that I needed - Air Bags. They even included a link to the item.

I was a little skeptical about ordering my "L Shaped" cover for my outdoor kitchen. The company emailed me back twice to confirm measurements due to the shape and size, I needed the cover before I left and they made it happen with only a 2 day delay that was my fault not getting back to them soon enough. The cover came EXACTLY to fit it was perfect! From my experience I would highly recommend this company for any custom fit. I also received a special gift from them that I will put to use. I never received the initial communication from the site that I needed to provide more information, pictures. No where on the form did it ask for pictures. I could have saved a couple of weeks. I had to call to find out why I have not had any updates. There is too much back and forth. I understand wanting to ensure it is correct but all the types of pictures was a bit much. Aireal? It would be better to communicate everything required up front. Maybe I was an outlyer.

It was easy to spec out and order custom covers for a table and chairs. There was follow up on the order to confirm all details. Covers were actually produced in India but the shipping was quick and the entire process from order to delivery was less than 2 weeks.
