All in all very good. Careful attention to dimensions back and forth but the standard of 2" extra material horizontally and 0" extra vertically makes for a slightly baggy cover. I would tighten the extra horizontal tolerances but again Im happy with the cover.

I ordered 2 custom clear tarps with reinforced webbing and grommets on 3 sides. I was impressed with the follow up to my order to confirm measurements and grommet spacing. My tarps were received on time. They are well made. My only complaint - 1 tarp is "backwards". The side without grommets puts the webbing on the outside on 1 pc but inside on the 2nd pc. Overall I'm happy with the products I received and the price.

The website says 2" are added to the measurements, so I provided the exact dimensions. The cover fits like skin, which would be fine except that, because I was expecting the extra 2", I ordered elastic at the bottom. The resulting hem is so tight that it requires considerable strength to stretch it over the top edges and also to work it down the sides. I managed to get it on one time but figure I'll have to cut the elastic in order to make the cover usable.

I would suggest that you don’t need to cut it—just stretch it a bit and pull it firmly into place. The process of getting our custom covers fitted properly involved taking and retaking measurements several times to get the measurements perfect! What arrived on our doorstep was 3 custom covers that fit perfectly on our outdoor furniture that included chairs and tables. The covers are thick and seem durable, each vented to what I assume will prevent moisture condensation. The only issues I have, it would have been helpful to have our covers labeled since we ordered 3 covers with 2 covers that could have been confused with one another. My other issue is that a storage bag should have been included.

Very happy with the website and end result of orders. The covers for outdoor storage box, furniture and speakers are perfect. The winter weather here in Michigan along lake Michigan is very harsh, winds are strong, these covers wrap everything very good and so far have done what I need them to do through 3 storms

Overall positive experience. There was a good amount of back and forth as far as measurements, but this is to be expected with a custom product. Product arrived ahead of schedule and was well-packaged for transit. Fabric feels like of good quality and craftsmanship is also quality.
