After sending drawings and measurements and going over the order many times by the time my order arrived (months later... okay I know things are slower right now due to COVID) the measurements are still not correct. How I will fit these windows on my yurt without the larger top measurement will be interesting..

The reason I am a 3 time customer is that the product and service is top notch. I measure, I send to them. They make it, they send to me. It's that easy. I bought a less expensive premade cover from another company once and it was worthless. It fell apart within months in the desert heat of Arizona. I have had an outdoor Covers & All bar cover for about 7 years and it is still asa good as new (except where a mouse chewed on a corner). The fit is always perfect and I know it's going to last.
I decided to give a chance to ordering a custom BBQ cover, instead of reordering the manufactures cover (that I knew would fit, but would sun-bleach out just like the last one). The dimensions I needed to supply were clear and simplified by the website, and wow I was very pleasantly surprised by what showed up on my doorstep a few weeks later. A very well made, stout, perfect fitting BBQ cover of quality that blows away the cheap manufacturers model. This is the real thing... take a chance!

Each cover is handcrafted by meticulously following the measurements you enter while placing the order. Also, as mentioned on the product page, "We add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth, for an easy pull-in, pull-out." Per our records, a split zipper was added to the order after it was placed, thus increasing the cost. We sent several notification emails since 10 October but unfortunately only received the payment on 18 November. Following this, the delivery date on your order was revised.

All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are in progress, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
