I ordered the clip tie down on my cover, I did not get the tie downs. I would like to know how can we resolve this error? The process was too long, you don't need exact measurements when I wanted 2 Inches extra.

I have an irregular shaped sofa with side tables. We went back and forth a number of times to make sure all measurements were accurate. I realized I HAD made some errors that they were questioning. We finally got it sorted out and my cover fits perfectly. I recieved it just in time for the rain.

I was so impressed by the staff that reached out to me 3 times to get my measurements right. The first time, they caught an error in my measuring that I missed. Good for them! When we finally knew we had all the correct measurements for a cover for my outdoor sofa, it arrived and it was huge! Like 4+ inches bigger in both directions! We were so surprised! It will work fine (better than being too small) but it blows in the wind which we wanted to avoid. Big deal? Not really, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Is it sturdy like the other 2 I have (and love)? Only time will tell...

The covers are great! This is my second time ordering from them. I ordered 3 cushions with covers for my outdoor set and a TV cover. They are easy to clean especially if you have pups who love to get up on them. They are very well made and also reasonably priced. Customer service is wonderful.

I needed to recover the cushions on my outdoor furniture. I know how to sew but had never made a box cushion with zippers before so it was kinda intimidating. Plus outdoor fabric is pretty expensive at the local fabric store. I found Covers&all online, and they were able to make the cushion covers for me quickly and inexpensively. The one thing I recommend is to measure very carefully, then measure again, and confirm this information with Covers &all when they ask you to review the order.

We ordered 3 cushion covers in Navy blue. From the beginning we were appraised of the status of the order from construction to total shipment. It arrived on schedule which was reassuring since it took a few weeks to arrive, since it came from India. The quality of the construction was great and it fit perfectly. (One of the dimensions was a half inch, 30.5 inches) They did a great job of making certain that the zipper was hidden with material. We would order from here again. The one thing that we suggest people do is to verify the material that is being used. We got outdoor/water proof material for indoor cushions.

The custom design process is excellent. I had inadvertently switched two dimensions. The first design showed me that I had made a mistake. A redesign was made with a request to verify other dimensions.
A final design was sent for my approval before production began. Prevents errors in custom projects. The design people are thorough and respond promptly.
