We like the product and the process for obtaining it. But the elastic is so tight on the bottom that it's nearly impossible for one person to put it on. It keeps snapping off. So it requires two people to put it on and it's such a pain it's really not worth using it.

I am so thankful I found Covers & All. I had been looking for inexpensive but good quality covers for my patio cushions which are an odd size. Covers & All has easy measurements and custom sizes. I actually ordered one of each size as a test model and realized I needed an inch smaller. Now I have a completed patio set with brand new cushions!

I took the measurements and the picture that they requested. The transaction was very smooth. The material is not what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be more of a nylon, polyester but it is more like a rubber or vinyl. We will see how long that lasts in the hot Arizona sun. I was glad to get a cover for my chair that was the right size. All other companies only have covers that are just too small and there is no other choice. So 2 inches in width or length just isn't going to work. It took maybe 7-10 days which I felt was totally reasonable and didn't have to speak with customer service. Since I didn't experience what others say they experienced I would use them again.
I ordered 2 sectional covers and 4 chair covers (that were not inexpensive) and they have been stuck in the FedEx international terminal for over a week and a half. Not to mention that these were ordered EARLY March and we still do not have them. I had to personally call FedEx twice, with no satisfaction (e.g., "wait two days.") and then I called the company, who apparently did the same thing. I am fine working with an International company if you are able to deliver the product without significant delay. This is not the case. It is not transparent on the website that these are made and sent from India and the shipping delays are unbelievable. Terrible.
The order took longer to process and ship than I anticipated, but it eventually made its way from India to the U.S., then was released from Customs and took another week to arrive.

Covers&All guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Covers&All reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not our guarantee covers the failed product. For claim email on feedback@coversandall.com with some pictures of the product showing defect with description and the team will get back to you with the best possible outcome that could be offered. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
