I ordered a custom cover and was sent a "standard" cover which did not fit. Customer service said the problem was partially my fault. After 3 or 4 emails they agreed to make a cover per my order but would not guarantee the fit. I just put it on grill cart and it fits fine.

Ordered multiple custom covers in "Light Sand". What arrived are clearly grey, not brown. In the only response customer service tried to tell me I am wrong, so I resent a photo of what I have. Asked for final confirmation and that if this is what they call "sand" then how do I return the covers. I have now heard nothing for five days...

Covers&All guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer.
