I once owned and operated a small custom awning shop with 3-4 full time sewing people. While we COULD make ANYTHING, we could never rival the quality and value that Covers & All provide me. I ordered 5 custom storage bags to put gear in for my trailer. They were all different sizes and had different colors, zippers, handles etc. Covers & All took my order, and then sent me detailed drawings for my review, comments and approval. EVERYTHING turned out perfectly! They were even on time or early! I can't recommend Covers & All highly enough.

I thought I was ordering cushion covers that would have a zipper and cover the entire cushion. What i received is a cover that sits over the cushion. I also put my measurements in at 19 x 18 and the product I received was 20 x 19. They are too big for my cushions! A total waste of my money and time. If there is a way I would like to return them.

I ordered a custom cover for my outdoor kitchen. They sent me a few follow up emails to make sure they had all the measurements they needed. They used color coded lines labelled 'A,' 'B,' 'C,' etc. to ensure that we were understanding the same measurements. That was quite clever, especially because some of the English was confusing -- clearly not from native speakers.
When the cover arrived, a few weeks later it was a little baggy. They say on the site that they add a little to the measurements to make sure that it is easy to put the cover on and off, but I think it was overdone in some spots. I guess overall it is better to be a little too big than a little too small because I can still put it on, but I was hoping for a better fit on a custom cover.

We didn't want a store cover for our Weber Grill so we had this one made. We measured the grill where we wanted the cover to go and it came out almost perfect. We didn't measure it perfect but the cover came out much better than we expected. Your covers are much better than the ones from the big box store/
Ordering was super easy. The cover seems very well made, heavy duty. The color is a rich burgundy and it was delivered 2 1/2 weeks earlier than expected
Sadly the seat covers, although material and workmanship appear to be 5 star, are not quite long enough and the draw strings are inadequate, Though the draw strings appear to be around entire length of cover bottom in website photo, the draw strings are only on two small areas and are not adequate to keep material drawn around the boat seat. I'll have to add a make shift strap to ensure they remain on seat. These could have been perfect but are not.

It was a very easy experience. All I did was follow the directions on the website. Got a measuring tape and measured my sauna typed it in on the site picked my cover color and I was done. Couple days later it was on my doorstep.
Ordering from Coversandall was easy and effective. Even though the larger the product you chose, the more expensive it was it is extremely well made and very simple to install. I didn't want to remove all the ornaments from my smaller xmas tree so I ordered the tree cover. When I had a question about my order, they picked up immediately and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. It arrived between the original arrival date and the new date they had sent me via email, but it wasn't more than a week longer than the original delivery date. The key is they kept me informed consistently and always answered the phone with a live person.

I ordered a custom cover and was sent a "standard" cover which did not fit. Customer service said the problem was partially my fault. After 3 or 4 emails they agreed to make a cover per my order but would not guarantee the fit. I just put it on grill cart and it fits fine.
