I was initially hesitant to order custom-made cushions online but they are great! Out of the four I ordered only one isn't a perfect fit (although still very close - the company does warn some items could be 1cm or so larger)

This was my third order and overall I've been very happy with the service. This time, in my haste I accidently ordered 2 colours, instead of my intended all grey covers. As advised, within two hours of ordering, I sent an email and a customer message via the web site, requesting all grey. The covers have arrived - 2 beige and 1 grey.
So easy - from placing the order to delivery - covers fit perfectly - kept up to date with delivery - they actually arrived 5 days earlier than advised when order placed. Will definitely recommend and use again for another project. Thank you to all involved

We always stand behind our products and will replace them if they are faulty. However, valid proof is required for justification.
