The website and ordering is easy. Suggest having the option to use cms instead of inches. The final products were perfectly made and arrived quickly for a to measure product.

I was very happy with my experience with covers and all, any allusions they answered promptly and provided precise drawings of my design. We went through the design process a couple of times to make sure everything was spot on, I provided all measurements, photos and a drawing of my own to help with the process and to show exactly what I was envisioning for the final product.

Very professional from the website to how to go about ordering, which was very clear to follow. Nothing was left to chance.
The product arrived on time well made and of good fabric.
We were impressed with all aspects of our encounter with Covers and All.
The only downside was that the colour of the fabric as shown on the website and indicated as sand was not a true indication of the covers we received. Ours was towards a purplish shade. A little disappointing.

I signed up for newsletter on the basis I would get 20% off and free shipping. I applied code and it reduced shipping to $0. Then when I proceeded it added the $9.95 shipping back in and I couldn't proceed without paying shipping. Not happy about paying shipping!
Deceptive photos on page cause me to make an error when ordering. I raised this with company but they didn't care and continue to have deceptive photos of their website. They will be reported to Fair Trading for both of the above issues.

Very good. Double checked measurements on a hexagonal fire-pit. From 3700km, this is important! Fits like a glove - excellent!

There was a lot of back and fourth to make sure they got it right, and they did! The cover is exactly what I wanted with the extra request to have a Velcro section so that I could access the speaker system while it was on. It's a bit too big but at the end of the day, it's a water proof cover which means my PA system is protected when using outdoors. Thanks team!

It doesn't fit. Way to small. I have measurements and it still wrong

Pretty good, I tried to find the details of my first order, but somehow I couldn't, however Simi suggested a note and the old order number so all is well. Love the Cover. I found repeating the colour choice of the personalisation difficult as colour is set up for professionals. In the end I just asked the design team to copy the previous order, and that worked brilliantly. I was initially confused that there was more than one domain, as my first order was with a uk domain, and I realised after ordering my second cover that I'd ordered it via an Australian domain, as they were both sending me incentive emails.

A good experience all round. Easy to order, delivered on time to the door, and quality product custom made to size. Couldn't be happier. Margaret
