Ordered 3 covers, all are excellent quality! Unfortunately 2 covers were damaged/scuffed during shipping, thanks to FedEx :(

I am very satisfied with the custom AC cover that I order. Would recommend this company to those that need custom covers for their AC units, BQ's etc.

Was a pretty easy experience. Although I at first thought I was order couch cushions as that is what I searched and it turned out only to be the covers. By time I would have added foam for the cushions it would have been very pricey. I think this could be much more clear from the beginning.

It all went very well, I changed the cushion design a few times but in the end went with the first one. They went along and helped me every step of the way, great service.

Site is good. Product also. Well crafted. Happy customer.

Ordering was easy and it was quick delivery. We love the cushion covers.

Material is heavy duty, fit is very good and hopefully will survive many winters here in Canada.

All and all thought it was a good experience and fast delivery
But when I received my cover there was an air vent added to back of cover which I did not ask for
Which is going to let in moisture So not happy with that I sent pictures etc Obviously did not help
I asked for a Velcro strap to be added to top so I can roll up the front of cover Which was not added
So not happy with my so called custom cover
Also when I was communicating back and forth You sent me pictures of what you where going to do now I cannot find them?

So far amazing. Measurements are perfect. Excellent quality and durability. Looks like it will last a long time. Quick shipping snd manufacturing. Great prices.

My item arrived quicker than expected. The item itself is well-made. The sizing is a little off but that is on me. The zipper is very sturdy. I love how the zipper wraps around the back corners. This helps for inserting the cushion. I am quite happy with the color as well. I am need of more of this items and will be placing a further order.

This is my second purchase from Covers and all and it was both a very smooth transition. Both times my products arrived on time and they both fit like a glove.
First product was a fire pit cover and the second product was a BBQ cover.

Good experience, we were pleased with the quality of material. Color was a little darker then the sample picture we saw when ordering and I think I should have been more conservative on my measurements. A little loose, but still good. Overall happy at this point, let's see what they look after a few seasons.
