Would have 5 star if drawing was as precise as first time
Ordering was easy, and precise - the website explained exactly what was needed as far as measurements. The finished product arrived earlier than expected, and was of a very, very high quality. Solid and thick and fitted perfectly. If I need a cover for anything else, Covers & All will for sure be the company I turn to. Cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. Well done. Absolutely lived up to the promise shown by the site.
The product is well made. After ordering patio cushion covers which I love, I decided to order new cushion covers with insert pillows for other patio chairs that had worn out cushions. The cushions are very firm but if they stand up good thats ok. I back cushions are about three inches too high but I think that was my fault in my measuring. Make sure to measure from your seat cushion upward.
The cushion covers I ordered fit perfectly! Very pleased, super easy to order. Follow up questions helped to make sure that I was going to get a well fitting product.

Was impressed by the design team reaching out to confirm measurements and correct the ones I'd made that didn't make sense. Once everything was finalized the cover was made quickly and arrived sooner than expected!

Overall the process was very good, but confusing at times. I had difficulties in tracking the shipping. Delivery came a few days early (which is great), but just by luck someone was available to accept the order.

In setting up our trailer for camping, we had to build a pull-out slat bed to fit the space. We cut a short queen mattress in half, added a memory foam topper and ordered 2 covers from Covers & All. The covers fit perfectly, are very well made, feel nice, are easy to clean, all at an affordable price that made making our own custom bed possible.
Love that we can make our own cushions to suit our own unique design ideas.
I do not normally write reviews, however, I felt this one really deserved it. We are extremely happy with the way our cover turned out. We are in LOVE with our new fire pit cover! The quality, price, professionalism of website and always keeping you updated, and delivery time is excellent. If more companies would operate in this matter it would make our life a lot easier. Ordered 2 seat cushions and wanted to add 2 seatback cushions, was difficult to add to order, need a continue shopping button.
